Merab Vardzukashvili was awarded a military doctor's qualification (2005) by Tbilisi State Medical University. In 2006-2009, he completed a residency in orthopedics-traumatology at the Gudushauri National Medical Center. Since 2003, Mr. Vardzukashvili gained practical experience working in orthopedics-traumatology and sports medicine. Since 2015, doctor of traumatology and a sports medicine at the "MediClub Georgia", as well as the Chief Doctor of Georgian National Team (since 2015) and Vice-President of Sports Medicine Association of Georgia (since 2013). He has attained international and local qualification training courses. Currently, Mr. Vardzukashvili is a Ph.D. student at New Vision University, School of Medicine. He is a member of the International Society of Traumatologists and Orthopedics, Georgian Society of Orthopaedics and Traumatology, European Sports Traumatology, Arthritis and Arthroscopes Association, Georgian Sports Medicine Association.
