Subject of Tort Liability for Damage Caused by Artificial Intelligence
KeywordsPresent paper aims at revealing difficulties to identify potential liable persons in restitution of damages caused by artificial intelligence. It provides ways of the solution of this issue. Thus, the paper outlines the circle of liable persons and provides for legal basis to held each of them responsible in concrete situation. The research deals with main topic of overcoming legal barriers and shows models of resolving the issue in practice. Comparative analysis is applied to address research questions. It also strives to methods of solutions relevant for Georgian reality based on foreign scholarly texts and successful international practice. Based on scholarly texts and successful international practice, the research identifies methods of solutions relevant for Georgian reality. The conclusion summarizes the author’s approaches and proposed solution to all the raised issues.
