Memorandum of Understanding with IGCAT

On April 16, 2026, the School of Arts and Cultural Heritage became an official partner of the International Institute of Gastronomy, Culture, Arts and Tourism (IGCAT).

Through IGCAT’s global network, students will have the opportunity to engage in ongoing international projects in gastronomy and cultural tourism, participate in global competitions, and further develop their professional skills in cooperation with an organization dedicated to promoting the international recognition of regional gastronomy.

One of the key goals of the partnership is to support the nomination of various regions of Georgia for the title of “World Region of Gastronomy.”
